Welcome to DoodleVerse. The DoodleVerse application, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services") are provided by FSTCK, a company registered in Paris ("Licensor"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the Services.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. Your account information should be accurate and updated regularly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@doodleverse-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use another user's account or disclose your password to any third party. We may allow registration and login through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google). By using these features, you also agree to comply with the third-party platform's terms of service.
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you affirm that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age or consent and to suspend accounts that violate this requirement.
All materials in the Services, including but not limited to design, text, logos, code, and intellectual property rights, belong to DoodleVerse or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or sale of this content is prohibited. DoodleVerse reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
The Services are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules and these Terms.
If you sell or transfer your Apple device to a third party, you must remove the Services from the device beforehand.
By submitting any content through the Services — including drawings, AI-generated outputs, comments, or messages — you grant DoodleVerse a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and share such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services, including community features.
You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the submitted content (e.g., original drawings), and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When you choose to share your creations with the DoodleVerse community, you authorize their public display within the application and related promotional materials. You remain the owner of your content.
DoodleVerse reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You agree to use the Services in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner at all times. In particular, you must not:
The Services are designed to be safe and welcoming for users of all ages, especially children. Any violations of these rules may result in immediate removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account—without notice and without refund if applicable. We reserve the right to report unlawful behavior to the appropriate authorities.
DoodleVerse may offer optional Premium Services accessible through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the current pricing and recurring billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Any applicable platform-specific policies (e.g., App Store) govern payment and refund processing.
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of your initial purchase. To do so, contact support@doodleverse-app.com.
DoodleVerse uses artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate realistic interpretations of user-submitted drawings. These AI-generated outputs are based on user input and may include creative interpretation. While we strive for quality and safety, the results may contain inaccuracies or visual elements that differ from expectations.
The outputs are provided "as is" and for entertainment or educational purposes only. DoodleVerse does not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, or appropriateness. You use the Services and generated content at your own risk.
DoodleVerse reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or DoodleVerse.
To the extent permitted by law, DoodleVerse disclaims liability for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits. DoodleVerse's total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
The Services may include integrations with third-party platforms. DoodleVerse is not responsible for the performance or content of third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the third-party's terms.
DoodleVerse monitors content to prevent harmful or illegal material. Automated systems and human moderators may review content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users may report inappropriate content via support@doodleverse-app.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris unless local laws provide otherwise for users in the EEA.
